Pallet truck

The pallet carrier is a kind of light and small handling equipment, which has two fork like legs. It can be inserted into the free fork hole of the tray. There are two small diameter walking wheels at the front end of the leg, which can support the weight of the pallet cargo and can be lifted to make the pallet or cargo box leave the ground, and then used for pulling or electric driving to make it walk. This kind of pallet carrier is widely used for loading and unloading at the receiving and dispatching platform or handling operations without stacking between processes in the workshop. Classification According to the driving mode, pallet carriers can be divided into the following two categories. 

(1) Manual pallet carrier Manual pallet carrier (Hand Jack), when in use, inserts the goods it carries into the pallet hole, manually drives the hydraulic system to lift and lower the pallet goods, and manually pulls to complete the handling operation. It is the most simple, effective and common loading and unloading and handling tool in pallet transportation. 

(2) Electric pallet carrier Electric pallet carrier (Walkie Rider) is a kind of electric plug-in fork truck that uses outriggers with casters that extend in front of the vehicle body to maintain the stability of the vehicle body. The fork is located directly above the outriggers and can be used for micro lifting to make the pallet goods move off the ground. According to the different operation of the driver, it can be divided into: walking electric pallet carrier, standing electric pallet carrier, and sitting electric pallet carrier.
